Celebrating the Families, Moments and Milestones of 2025

Happy holiday card from a my client

This is one of my favorite times of year—when the weather cools, homes glow with holiday lights, and life naturally slows down just enough to reflect. As 2025 comes to a close, I wanted to pause and take a moment to look back on the past year with a heart full of gratitude, and say thank you.

To my wonderful clients: it is truly a privilege to be your photographer. I love seeing so many of my families year after year, watching children grow, milestones unfold, and stories continue. Meeting new families along the way is just as special. One of my favorite surprises each season is opening my mailbox to find holiday cards featuring images we created together—it never gets old and always makes me smile.

Beyond in-home and outdoor family and senior photography sessions, I was also grateful for the opportunity to photograph two impactful community events this year. One of those was Walk Strong to Cure JM, a fundraiser supporting awareness and research for juvenile myositis. Photographing these brave children, their families, and the community that surrounds them was deeply meaningful. You can learn more about juvenile myositis and this cause here.

I also photographed The Hardest Mile, sponsored by Burn Boot Camp and benefiting The Veterans Bridge Home. This organization provides vital resources and support to veterans and their families, and it was an honor to document such a powerful event. You can learn more about their mission here.

As I reflect on this year, I’m reminded that photography is about so much more than images—it’s about people, connection, and community. Thank you for trusting me to capture your stories. I’m so grateful for each and every one of you, and I can’t wait to see what the next year brings.
